John Reed established Reed Charters, LLC in 2015. Formerly, he served in the US Marine Corps for 26 years.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Mr. Matt O'Donnell joined Reed Charters in 2017. He manages a portfolio of projects ranging from National Security Strategy to Infrastructure Management. He is the principal business development officer on the team.
Formerly, he served in the US Marine Corps for 14 years, and later served as a military transition supervisor before becoming a field supervisor for Clark Construction Group.
